This information applies only to the situation related to the delivery of backgrounds outside of Russia. Delivery across Russia is carried out stably
Regular air traffic between the countries continues to be disrupted, causing serious delays. For example, my parcels went to the USA and Italy for two months, to France and Sweden - a little over a month. At the moment it is difficult to predict how long it will take to deliver to which country. In some very distant countries, the parcel arrives unexpectedly quickly, while in countries nearby it takes a long time. When the situation improves, no one can say for sure. This will happen when the countries fully open their borders and the Russian airline Aeroflot, the services of which the carrier uses, will resume regular flights at the same volume.
I still cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. I want to say that for all the time of my activity (before the pandemic and during the pandemic) not a single message was lost.
This is the last official statement of the telecom operator. The carrier's declaration contains a file with a list of countries and an indication of the estimated delivery times. But I am still inclined to think that at the moment the timing is not regulated by anything. The maximum delivery time for my package was 70 days.

Mail exchange during COVID-19

p.s. Shipping to the US is currently not available due to inadequate USPS performance. Parcels accepted in the USA by USPS are not issued to the recipient or the parcels are assigned the "Return to Sender" status. USPS does not provide any information to our inquiries and to those of the recipient. Until the reasons for this situation are clarified, shipments to the United States have been suspended
